Alta Housing is excited to bring a 51-unit 100% affordable housing community to Redwood City.

In partnership with San Mateo County, Alta Housing plans on remodeling a former Comfort Inn motel to become permanently supportive housing for homeless and formerly homeless individuals in the area. As part of the development, Alta Housing and MHA will be providing case management, resident engagement, health and wellness programs, and job counseling to ensure that our residents lead vibrant lives in their new homes.
